I live with my fiance, mother and my two children; a girl who just turned four and a boy who just turned three. I have them 50% of the time right now, but am aiming for primary residency. The lawyer fees, rent and food have dwindled away our savings. We both go to college although I am on unemployment due to the economy, and my fiance's job is minimum wage, so it barely puts a dent in our bills, but we are on our way to successful careers. Both of our fathers died in 2009,and we do not have family members who can help with such a large amount of money. My fiance will have a Bachelor's in English with a concentration in Journalism with a minor in Psychology in May 2012, while I should receive his RN in May 2013. I deserve primary residency, and we will win if we make it to trial because we have evidence to refute every lie she told the social worker and guardian ad litem which they believe. She has documented arrests for domestic violence, psychiatric problems and a third child who has severe birth defects. There is so much more as to why I should have them; if more information is requested to determine if you want to help us, I will gladly give it to whomever requests. Any help of any sort would be amazing.
